Dr. Laura Gouge

Meet Dr. Laura Gouge

Laura Gouge (pronounced like rouge), ND, CNS is a licensed naturopathic physician and certified nutrition specialist. She has a practice emphasis on ADHD and mental health disorders. She graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in 2015 with her doctorate in naturopathic medicine, where she then completed two years of residency. She is passionate about nutrition, and certified as a nutrition specialist.

After residency, Dr. Gouge worked as the medical director of a community-based mental health clinic in Portland, Oregon for over three years. The mission there was to bring naturopathic medicine and mental health services to underserved communities and patients experiencing severe and debilitating mental health disorders.

She serves on the board of the Psychiatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians helping to advance the knowledge of other doctors in the field of integrative mental health, and has presented at various academic conferences on topics including ADHD and PTSD.

Dr. Gouge is currently in private practice, and works with people of all ages on conditions including ADHD, anxiety disorders, insomnia, and more. She see’s clients virtually both 1:1 and through groups, emphasizing consistent and sustainable behavior change to achieve dramatic results in your health.
